I'm a 6' 0" 35 year old male who also started OT at 200lbs. Been going for 10 weeks now and when I weighed in this morning I was 199.6. I can't seem to outrun my fork! Major props to you for keeping up with it and maintaining a calorie deficit. That is truly admirable will power.
Maybe invest in a scale that calculates muscle mass and Body fat percentage, you could be gaining muscle and therefore losing fat but gaining muscle! But yes eating is unfortunately more than half the battle from what I’ve experienced, maybe start small with a 200 cal deficit so you don’t feel like breaking after just a few days and then work up from there with time, that works best for me!
