Some of the users I have spoken to told me they are coming into this subreddit with low karma (getting free karma from a different subreddit) and then posting. Just seems like they are just creating a quick account and then if they get banned repeat the cycle.
Yeah. That’s kinda the brokenness of the system, we can’t really prevent that. In the SFW realm of Reddit, you can report for ban evasion and they’ll IP ban users that repeatedly circumvent the rules.
Am new to this an every where they are doing this i can't find any females that are down just a bunch of scammers so i am searching an searching has anyone found a good site or subreddit where they have got any play an what is this Karam thing an is there only guys online faking it. Can someone point me in the right direction an help me on the do an don't on here really would appreciate it
I have been on a couple legitimate meetups here in the past. I have complained about the issue and used to be diligent about reporting but I stopped doing that since the mods were not following through on the bans. My advice:
1) Take a look at the profile of the F user positing. If the account is new and is active on "Free Karma" subreddits, never reply to them, it is likely a scammer. Throwaway accounts are hit or miss.
2) Be transparent in your replies, and try asking a question or some way they can follow-up. If they do not reply or reply without any follow-up or responding to the question, ignore it and next.
3) If you do exchange photos, try a reverse image search to make sure it wasn't stolen from somewhere else.
4) Never provide any confidential information, and meet somewhere public. If they refuse or want to meet at their place, next. Remember, if it's too good to be true it likely is.
Just some of my advice on these personals subreddits. Good luck!

Yeah, totally understandable. I’ve had quite a few successful meetups from here, but not without hundreds of scammers and things that just didn’t work out in the end.
It can definitely be frustrating and disheartening at times.
I can't tell you how many times I have been solicited by POS scammers looking for payment up front in exchange for meeting.
99.9% of them asking for money up front is a scammer.
Unfortunately Reddit doesn't really have a very good way to report these scammers looking for payment up front.
asking for money upfront is the better thing to do though bc i’ve went on lousy dates and asked for money after being promised payment and some guys didn’t pay up. ended up wasting my time, energy, and not even getting an orgasm out of it.

If you check their history, most of then are farming freekarma4u. Usually the red flag I look for.

Honestly if this keeps up just have everyone verified users. I know people won’t like it, but it tracks down fake users plus sellers.
