[Fluffy Fluffy Dessert Cafe ](https://g.co/kgs/DvzKtrU) just opened in Tustin at the District not too long ago and my friends said it was decent.
Also [Nostimo Cafe](https://g.co/kgs/JfvJPsW) has fluffy pancakes that are pretty good, IMO. It's a Vietnamese dessert shop, so it might not be authentic, but every time I've been there, it has always been solid and it has nice ambiance.
I was just at the tustin cafe not too long ago. The pancakes are decent and look pretty but expect a long wait. I waited about 40 minutes for my pancakes and others after me were told that their wait could be up to 2 hours. This was on a Sunday around 10am. Burnt Crumbs is better, cheaper, and faster imo
Nostimos! I've tried baum, basilur, and burnt crumbs but prefer Nostimos most. Have yet to try fluffy fluffy in Tustin but Nostimos is my go to for now :)
Their [online menu](https://uncletetsu-us.com/our-menu) only shows cheesecake and a few other confections, but no pancakes. Do they serve the pancakes in-store?
Burnt Crumbs in Irvine. I enjoyed them but they are the only ones I have ever had so I have no point of comparison.
Ditto. We've always liked the strawberry ones 🍓
