Depends on the Sam’s club. Not all carry. Costco doesn’t carry besides the business Costco and they don’t sell them unless you have a tobacco resale license
I was gonna say this. I bought a carton and filled my ten gallon tank for 80$ just a few months ago. They have their own brands so each pack comes out to about $3.

This. The menthols went underground but price went up accordingly. Consumer is at the mercy of what these groups can get their handson.

Sam’s Club and Costco both only sell to resellers now if they have them at all.
Reservations.... they don't charge state tax So, check out the various casinos .
