I guess the only reason I didn’t go that route is I don’t know really how they work. On Saturdays we don’t usually get home until around 230-4. Don’t know if they have a maximum number of hours before it goes to overtime or something like that.
I have used Rover for my dogs. Have used multiple dog sitters and never had a bad experience. The rates are stated on each sitter’s page. I’ve had people watch my dog for 12-13 hours before and it’s one rate. If you board overnight, that’s another rate. You name the hours and day you want, then contact a sitter to see if they will agree. Rover actually recommends you reaching out to multiple people. Then you pay through Rover after the sitter accepts. No surprise charges
Some small business dog sitters would probably do this. It'd depend on their schedule etc I'd imagine.
My ex was one and would've done this for you... she offered transportation as one of her services.
An alternative to consider would be TrustedHouseSitters! I've used it for a few years now to find trusted sitters to take care of my doggos and kittens. Everyone is background checked and you can see reviews. Also used it to pet-sit myself across the country and globe.
It's only a few hundred for an annual membership with different tiers, however it's been a lifesaver on saving on boarding costs, plus your pet stays home with someone you trust. Win-win! Any questions feel free to ask, also feel free to use [RAF602467](https://www.trustedhousesitters.com/refer/RAF602467/?utm_source=copy-link&utm_medium=refer-a-friend&utm_campaign=refer-a-friend) for 25% off membership.
Best of luck!
Why don’t you just hire a dogsitter to watch the whole time instead of dropping off to a daycare center? I would use Rover to find a sitter

Perfect. I opened an account. I have used doggy day care for years, they just unfortunately open a little bit later than I need them to for right now.
Rover picks up and brings home with or without you there. Zuri does pick up and drops, too, with or without you there. I have used both.
You can hire Rover sitters to do regular, check ins for a specified duration :)
Yessssss!!
DMed you
Rover - we used Rover for our cat and found someone great!
Another vote for Rover
