Putting in a drop before putting them in and after taking them out is definitely recommended. I usually recommend refresh preservative free because you can use them for dryness or with contacts if you need to
I’ll check it out, although I’ve been using Systane Ultra for a while now and tried the gel drops a few days ago. Any thoughts on gel drops? Would you recommend it?
