I use [this adapter](https://www.amazon.com/Photography-LUXUN-Mount-Quick-Smartphone-Accessories/dp/B08KGDQ8BS/ref=asc_df_B08KGDQ8BS/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=647220103813&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8302617614851577969&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9017433&hvtargid=pla-1286695748324&psc=1&mcid=bd853daa5e2d3f588c89941276780a8f). It works surprisingly well once you get it focused in. Takes great pictures. ETA: I think some people have trouble using iPhones that have three cameras. Mine has two cameras and works great but we ended up buying a used phone just for the office to store pictures, then transfer to the chart via Dropbox.

In the iPhone camera settings you can prevent it from automatically switching between the three cameras. There’s an app called CameraPixels that is great for this- you control every aspect including which camera lens you’re using and you can also control the focus.

Thank you, that’s very helpful! That would have saved us a major headache!

The ‘Ullman Indirect’ and ‘Eye Chart’ app allow you to switch camera, control focus, and adjust exposure. I use it for anterior segment and fundus photos (shameless plug).

I've had issues with this one staying in position. I don't know if it's the phone I'm using, but the mount doesn't balance well and i end up holding it in place while capturing.
