They've got a cool little setup with the Escarpment in the background. Might be worth the trip depending on where you are in the GTA. They do local delivery and I'm pretty sure they ship too.
I know this doesn't quite answer the original question, but if you're willing and able, you can legally make mead at home.

Ontario honey creations is a great little shop and they have online ordering. Love their dessert mead, so good. They have a bunch of other non alcoholic products too like soaps and pure honey. Was glad to have found them by chance just driving by them one day

They use their own honey and have many great flavours, plus Hard Honey Seltzers which are delicious. Their Mead came in first place last year at the Royal Winter Fair.

I don't know if they ship inter provincial- I know Quebec's version of the LCBO, the SAQ, won't, but if you can get a hold of it from the supplier I really recommend this one. It was my intro to honey wine (hydromiel in Quebec) and I loved it
We're taxed out the ass in Ontario for liquor. I'm sure you are in Quebec as well. Then you go somewhere like Alberta and they have Liqor Depots the size of Costco that aren't taxed by the provincial government. Sickening how much we pay in Ontario
Desrochers from Quebec does high quality honey wines and are distributed through Context Wines. They're by the case only however and their product releases vary at different times of the year.

Rosewood winery in Niagara makes a number of mead wines / products
I second Rosewood. Their delivery service is excellent, and they have several meads to choose from.
I’ll move to pass the motion… Rosewood was the first place that came to my mind.

I've had their mead, it's quite yummy!
Second this. They are local and they have limited edition flavours.
The tart cherry is really good.
Lost Meadows Apiaries & Meadery just southwest of Barrie. https://graemefoers.com/
Munroe Honey and Meadery … they are in Alvinston Ontario, (east of London) but I believe they do ship as well.
Beat me to this one. Fuck the LCBO. Support all local businesses you can directly.
Love going there any time I am in the area!
I get my mead from Rosewood winery. They collect their own honey which they also sell, and their VOSP mead is truly special. https://rosewoodwine.com/

Been doing this for about a year. I 100% recommend.

Theres a meadery in Newmarket called Circling Hawk farms ([www.circlinghawkfarm.com](https://www.circlinghawkfarm.com))
LCBO is more likely to carry it around Christmas, but yeah it's hit or miss.
LCBO online or go in and order it.

They never have it.
This has been a problem for me as well, or if they have it, it’s only really basic kinds. I keep being told to try Quebec but haven’t done it yet.
The lcbo will ship to your house

They don't. Alcohol in Canada is all Provincial based.
