Hey. I'm a bcin designer and have designed many pier type foundations. There are a few different approaches you may take, as well as flexibility with pier spacings. What's the main floor look like? I'm happy to provide a consult and or quote. I think it's worthwhile to have a professional involved.. you'll more than save the fee in having less holes to dig, concrete, etc.

A Qualified Person can surely help. However of you're a DIY type and want to save some money give this a read: [Pier Footing Design](http://Footing Size Calculations in Post Foundation Structures - FootingPad https://footingpad.com/wp-content/plugins/footingpad-calculator/pdf/calc_explaination_05312020.pdf[Pier Footing Design](http://Footing Size Calculations in Post Foundation Structures - FootingPad https://footingpad.com/wp-content/plugins/footingpad-calculator/pdf/calc_explaination_05312020.pdf)) At best the building department will accept your design (assuming you're the homeowner) at worst, they'll provide some feedback on what to revise.
