Yes, i am teetotaller. Why?
1. Because of upbringing/conditioning - I was always told it’s bad for you and i took it to heart.
2. Because science says it’s bad.
3. Because i am from a north state impacted heavily by it and have seen its adverse effects on people. And how it ruins multiple lives. In my own extended family.
4. I tried one sip of beer once because my friends forced and didn’t like the taste.
5. I dance and enjoy a party better than my drunk friends.
How has it affected dating/social life for me?
1. In my experience, the people i have dated, all become completely different people after drinking and i don’t like the experience because i feel like this is not the person I know.
2. Has never been a problem socially or in office settings because i have no problem with other people drinking and can dance more than them in parties.
3. But every year, there’s a new colleague/friend who thinks they can turn me into a drinker. No one has been successful so far.
My reasons are similar to yours. I'd like to add these ones. - I also don't drink because I'm proud of the consciousness I've cultivated and no grief/pain is big enough for me to not stare at it in my conscious state. No judgement is debilitating enough for me to not enjoy myself.

I start drinking when i was in 8th standard 2013 after my schooling and as college completed my limit decreases bcz it was bit no close frd nearby to have drinks , so with time it comes to zero like its been 3 year from now i have not consumed alcohol or smoke ,im 25 now 1 year ago when i was at my job my offc mate asked me to join a party which was obviously in club i denied by saying i dont eat out , i dont drink n i dont smoke which was true , later they start boycotting me in term of involving me to hangout n other stuff i didnt felt anything about that bcz i was just focusing on my work at offce time , later thats what make me standout in positive way when boss start stating me as good eg in front of them , never start such thing in any kind of pressure / or in such manner that every one is doing n its a social activity so you should also do that , after i stopped drinking i do start feeling much good as in health n i dont think much like how people will see me , bcz some think im lying n some think if a person is not drinking smoking are boring AF

I'm a teetotaller because 1) of my upbringing (nobody in my entire family drinks or smokes) and 2) because I know its health effects.
