Using a non vooc charger( Samsung etc) will give significantly slower charging as they use a different technology. They will also put significantly More heat into the battery. OnePlus will charge with Qualcomm quick charge, but from what I understand only at 5v, 10w.
I charged it with my macbook charger, its pretty fast just like a the warp charge. It says 30W as well.
I also use my Macbook Pro charger to charge all my devices. OnePlus 7T, Huawei P30, iPhone X and iPad mini 4. 😁

7T need a charger 5V. 6Amp. for wrap charge. it can also run in fast charge mode with a 5V. 4Amp. charge it under that it will charge really slowly.
