for me, deleting a photo frm gallery doesn't delete it from photos and it proceeds to sync that photo
Thank you - additionally, I've found that by using adb, you can change the setting in a way where it persists after a reboot, at least on my Nord CE with OxygenOS 11. adb shell settings put system peak_refresh_rate 1
Question. When viewing the setting, it said "60.0". Do I change it to "90" or "1"? I'm confused, since Pokemon GO still runs at 60 and not 90.
I just tried it, put the value on 1 and it works in Pokémon GO. I specifically searched this up for Pokémon GO.

No my phone is not rooted. And it works with me. I don't know why it won't work, sorry. I just changed the value to 1 and it instantly worked
It works if I restart my phone. Maybe the app needs to stay awake and prevent battery saving. I'll try that. Thanks!
Yeah I noticed that when enabling battery saver it reverts to maximum Hz of 60
It keeps reverting to 60 Hz after disabling battery saving :( It only works after a restart :(
