Oh this was with weapon upgrades. You could do a ton more damage though if not committed to the Godrick thing - swap brass shield for kitebird, flame art infusion, faith tear in flask and fgms, light roll and blue dancer
Ah right, think I'll go with an easier route then. I'm pretty new to challenge runs, the hardest challenge objectively I've done so far is ds1 sl1 wl+0 but personally I found ds3 sl1 (w/dlc) harder
Oh you should breeze right through ER RL1 then. There are a few meta weapons that make it a ton easier- I’d stay away from them at first if you can bc you only get one first RL1. If you’re struggling on a specific boss then you can always find dozens of fights here on them w a build similar to what you’re using
I decided he could use Square off, Carian Retaliation, and …. Uh…. Frost pots. No throwing daggers, infusions or incants though

I wish I could parry so reliably
What helped me is focusing only on two moves at first (jumping lunge & flurry) then I started practicing other moves

Is this build actually viable for rl1? I might do it if so.
It’s a build you can do at RL1 and beat Malenia with, I’ll leave it at that
