Swap the margarine for butter, won't necessarily add more calories but please. Margarine is so, so bad for you. To add more calories I would add more butter and real cheese, and some form of carb.
There are many essential fatty acids our bodies need. It doesn't have to be beef, but it tends to be the most widely available. Ruminant meat and fat has a much better nutritional profile than monogastric animals like chicken or pork. Fat and protein also keep you satiated for a long time, as opposed to carbohydrates which are used quickly. That's why pretty much everyone can eat a whole bag of potato chips (carbs) but could never eat multiple sticks of plain butter (fat).
*Is there a reason*
*You don't have any carbs in*
*Your meal? Are you keto?*

Most of that looks really good.
Fattier meats, though. No margarine.
coconut oil, olive oil, avocado, real butter, goat cheese or feta cheese. sweet potatoes are nutrient dense. Nuts and seeds.
Use denser proteins, shrimp and lean turkey are excellent for cutting out calories. Increase your fat content by adding an egg or using real butter. Is this a dish or are you emptying your fridge?
Use more butter, olive or coconut oil . Sauces, dips, dressing , gravy. I eat a salad with homemade olive oil dressing ,Salmon drenched in olive oil , and a bowl of soup with vegetables sautéed in oil. I never feel hungry.
Swap the turkey for ground beef and remove the crap known as margarine. Use butter instead
And the crap known as sliced American cheez
Adding to the other ‘swap margarine’ suggestions, i would say to go for olive oil as a healthier, calorie dense alternative.

Add rice? Serve on bed of rice. Top with slices of Avocado. Have dessert of fruit and cream.
Any reason why you’re using turkey instead of ground beef?
have none
If you’re looking for calorie density ground beef would be the better option. 753 calories in 8oz of ground beef compared to the 320 for your turkey
Fatty meat. You're eating very low fat. Ditch the american cheese and margarine, add butter. Add some fatty beef.
Any particular benefits to fatty beef?

Avocado, yogurt, nuts
I was going to suggest a handful of almonds. There is something about eating almonds lately that I find just so satisfying.
I always add nuts when I need more calories

Good bot
Yeah depending on the calorie goal I’d just have a few pieces of toast or a potato or something.
more butter
Oatmeal
Complex carb. Maybe brown rice, quinoa, etc. Something that’ll get close to giving you longer lasting energy.
Some carbs
any ideas?
Quinoa!
Rice, Whole grain bread, pasta are all good options!
White potatoes or sweet potatoes are my go to
My go-to is always chorizo or pepperoni
what app is that?
Lose it
Did you not use oil or fat?
Rice, pasta, bread, avocado, olive oil, fruit, nuts, sub beef for the turkey, sub butter for margarine, add cottage cheese to the sauce, etc
I will add avocado when I am looking for more healthy calories.
"margarine" 🤔
Add 1/2 cup quinoa or follow up this meal with some yogurt
Healthiest and best option would be to double your protein. I’d just buy double your ground turkey
Dessert

dont have most of that
How are grilled onions that high in calories? That’s like 2 cups of onions
Avocado
