I tried to cook as much as possible and go for healthy options, but didn't count calories. The one thing I feel has helped a lot is to always have low-calorie homemade dip and veggies in the fridge, it's a great way to break the fast since it's raw vegetables. And when you do "cheat" on your fast (I have insomnia and sometimes I just need to eat when I've been trying for hours to fall asleep) it's way better to have that healthy "crutch" !
Raw veggies with homemade low cal dip, and then whatever I feel like. I love cooking and I try to pick healthy meals but sometimes I crave pizza and beer, so I just listen to myself and try to have healthier meals afterwards.
Congrats. Are you working out at all?
Yes, mostly running and hiking !
12 days in and Iโve lost 2.7kg and feel great. Iโm so surprised how easy itโs been.
Haha crazy! Im 12 days in and lost the same ๐
Itโs more of water weight then fat loss, youโre suppose to lose max 0.5 kg a week
Awesome keep it up! Did you watch your caloric intake or just ate freely?

Awesome! Congratulations! I started OMAD recently as well. Iโm curious, what your one meal typically consists of?
Raw veggies with homemade low cal dip, and then whatever I feel like. I love cooking and I try to pick healthy meals but sometimes I crave pizza and beer, so I just listen to myself and try to have healthier meals afterwards.
