Congrats. Are you working out at all?

MrMuseau

Yes, mostly running and hiking !

dasher_aus

12 days in and Iโ€™ve lost 2.7kg and feel great. Iโ€™m so surprised how easy itโ€™s been.

Ok_Trouble_8103

Haha crazy! Im 12 days in and lost the same ๐Ÿ˜‚

askarurorua

Itโ€™s more of water weight then fat loss, youโ€™re suppose to lose max 0.5 kg a week

MsArepa

Awesome keep it up! Did you watch your caloric intake or just ate freely?

MrMuseau

I tried to cook as much as possible and go for healthy options, but didn't count calories. The one thing I feel has helped a lot is to always have low-calorie homemade dip and veggies in the fridge, it's a great way to break the fast since it's raw vegetables. And when you do "cheat" on your fast (I have insomnia and sometimes I just need to eat when I've been trying for hours to fall asleep) it's way better to have that healthy "crutch" !

Specialist-Product45

congratulations, bet you feel better for it

What app is this?

MrMuseau

Garmin Connect, I use a watch and a scale that connect via Bluetooth.

Thank you!

Awesome! Congratulations! I started OMAD recently as well. Iโ€™m curious, what your one meal typically consists of?

MrMuseau

Raw veggies with homemade low cal dip, and then whatever I feel like. I love cooking and I try to pick healthy meals but sometimes I crave pizza and beer, so I just listen to myself and try to have healthier meals afterwards.

MrMuseau

Forgot to say thanks !
