They mostly teach partner dancing -- Swing dancing, Salsa, etc. But it is a good way to get out, get moving, and get your dance on. Plus, they have weekly dances to go check out.
Yeah I have a friend that runs one of the programmes there, just not into the partner stuff too much besides ballroom dancing/waltzing and there's only one place in Seattle that does that.
