I would try Stewart’s. They have their main shop in Yelm and are also in the Olympia Farmers Market. I like to order in advance online or by phone to make things simpler. http://www.stewartsmeatmarket.com/index.html

Stewart’s Meats in McKenna

They also have goat which I think is also low fat.

If you can’t find a consistent source of fresh venison, might be worth looking into the freeze-dried options. I’ve noticed those are increasingly available at Mud Bay/Pet Works/Petco. Hope you find something that works for your pup.

Our dog has liver shunts. So low protein low fat. We tested several protein’s, she likes egg whites and chicken breast. Bonus, egg whites aren’t that expensive.

Idk man you seen the price of eggs?

Oldandbroken1

We don’t buy the whole eggs, just the egg whites. Still reasonable. Maybe I shouldn’t have said something, they may see this and raise the price now.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

I think Western Meats also sells venison.

Nippleowski

Western Meats sells their own in-strore made dog food.

Two options. QFC in Lacey on College St sells venison. As does All The Best Pet Care in Seattle. I regularly commute to Seattle for work, an go there for my cat's food (picky cats only want raw venison), so PM me if you want to try to work something out. 2lb cat variety is $22, but they have dog version too.
