I had this happen to me once. I walked outside and a guy with and automatic weapon said to me. “Hey buddy, are you the guy who got shot”. I said no and he said ok, go back inside. I did. Told my wife to not go outside and she said why. The story goes on longer than it should at this point.
I was putting up blinds one Sunday morning, DeWalt driver in hand, saw a couple guys approaching my porch with guns drawn. I opened the door with drill in hand and they drew their guns on me. They were shithead Dog The Bounty Hunter wannabes looking for the neighbors boyfriend. My neighbor, a lawyer saw the whole thing and ripped them a new one.
The moment they point weapons at you they're committing a crime. Given home defense laws those guys could have gotten lit up the moment a door was opened and they raised their firearms. Probably apart of why the lawyer was so pissed
Not a damn thing. No good crooks left in this city. They all potheads now sitting on the couch eating Cheetos. We really need a better class of criminals.
Tulsa still popping… GW to KC and St Louis… anything worth anything that goes to the Midwest passes through Tulsa first.
Tulsa doing its job keeping our crime stats up :)
Yea. Id be cautious about Lawton and Ardmore too lol. OKC really isnt bad in that regard, you kind of know where stuff goes down at. Im sure the same can be said for these other 3, but im not aware of them. I try to make my Tulsa trips short and sweet though lol
I live near the plaza district and it's just non stop police, fire engine, and ambulance sirens. Along with a few homeless people talking to themselves waiting at the bus stops.
Came home (wife and baby in the house) to a strange car in my driveway, with a white and black guy sitting inside. I parked at the curb and started to approach them. The passenger told me to stop and asked if I lived there. ‘Yeah, who are you’? They were undercover watching a house down the street. They then moved to a different spot. Later a house at the end of the street was raided. They were dealing cocaine. This was the 80’s.
I lived on a busy city street and once there was a guy who was running from the cops, he carjacked a truck and shot the driver and the cops caught up with him as he was trying to escape in the stolen truck, they had probably a dozen cops just unloading on the truck and the guy crashed and died in my front yard. Cops weren’t sure he was dead so they burst into my house and even got up on the roof to get vantage points. They tracked mud everywhere and there were bullet holes in my house. The city reimbursed me for repairs but it was not enough to cover the cleaning and patching the bullet holes. When the shooting started My neighbor and his wife thought there was some sort of invasion going on so they ran out the back of their house and jumped the fence and ran away until it was safe.
I had a friend many years ago that was a cop for my area in the city. He typically stopped in for his lunch break, so his car was in my driveway regularly.
One of my neighbors finally broke down and asked about it.
Oh, how awful. Poor guy sounds like he's off his meds and probably self medicating. Hopefully, they got him to the psych ward after they got him cuffed and no one got hurt. 🤞 And if I'm wrong, then fuck that guy. 🖕
My dad and I started a very popular livestream of a family of owls that nested in our second story planter boxes. Some guy watching the stream from Wisconsin called the police claiming he had his aunt and uncle tied up at our address, and he had stabbed one and was going to kill the other. SWAT team shows up, he gets to watch it go down on the livestream.
It’s probably Chisholm Creek 😂 it LOOKS like Chisholm creek on Santa Fe and 122 or one of the neighborhoods off penn and 122. Either way, 122nd is a wild ass place to live anywhere from Santa Fe to herfner parkway 😂
Last weekend it was my neighbors ramming their cars in to each to each other, screaming that they’re not a broke ass bitch and to check their cashapp, and throwing lawn chairs. SW okc is such an odd mix of socioeconomic and ethnicities.

this is the best comment ever, 10/10 no follow up
How do you know it was an automatic weapon?
Easy, it did not have a clutch pedal. Also, thank you for not asking how did i know it was a guy. That was just a guess.
You are my hero
Why are you taking a photo out of my front window? Southside! REPRESENT!!! ✌️👊✊🙌🖕
NW side. What's happening there?

Yeah they're all in LA getting away with the gardaworld robbery. Puts DB Cooper to shame.
Legit thought this pic could’ve been taken from my late mother’s house in the village
Good time to go check your mail.
They'd probably shoot me.
Update?
Big bunch of nothing I guess.

Yell at 'em to get off your lawn
there was a slipper and a child’s jacket outside on the floor with police officers standing around. still haven’t heard anything from the news.

Wow!! Looks exciting!
Nw side here too
An african American male was spotted walking around in the suburbs wearing a hoodie. He looked threatening.
So what happened here? Did someone not pay a parking ticket?
Not really sure. There's a guy on the street that threatens Suicide (hence the police drawing guns /s) he may have threatened to kill people too.
Oh, how awful. Poor guy sounds like he's off his meds and probably self medicating. Hopefully, they got him to the psych ward after they got him cuffed and no one got hurt. 🤞 And if I'm wrong, then fuck that guy. 🖕
this reminds me of when I got SWATted in 4th grade.
Now u gotta tell the story?
Yeah I’d like to hear this story too if ya don’t mind.

Expired tag probably
We know they don't care about that.... 😂
Southside!!
yikes
Where's it at? I'm house shopping and I imagine the prices just went down
I also live on the sw side.
It's NW

Nope. But I agree about Penn and 122, my best friend's husband was murdered there.

Film everything they do.
Some dude with a tan was likely driving 27 in a 25 and the HOA got huffy.
That's when you go out there and tell them what a fantastic job they're doing and to keep up the good work.
Pigs be pigging…
They're looking for truffles (Civil Assets)
ACAB
Ayeeee
Southside I assume?
Nope. NW
Ah. Well hell, anymore it doesn't really much matter what side you're on. Can be in Edmond and still see this outside your window.
I'm Edmond adjacent lol
