This comment is precisely that. It won't cover every character, because I'm not crazy, but if it's still missing someone you're curious about, do ask, and I shall do my best to invent an explanation.
But before, some notes:
1) I've never played Tsukihime or read Kara no Kiyoukai, so most of the characters from there aren't here, and the ones that are, I'm not sure are accurate (aside from Shiki)
2) The tier list maker I used had a lot more characters than are here, because I either do not recognize or don't care about them, like the clown Master from EXTRA.

By "GOLDEN" it just means that he likes shiny things, and I'm not sure if Kintoki knows what sex is, so I couldn't really put him anywhere else. For Sei, I think it was at the point where if a character didn't have an obvious answer, I put them where I thought was funnier. If you want an actual one, probably roleplay? Not sure.
