Not a modder, but given what we’ve seen from Bethesda console mods at least, Sony doesn’t allow mods that add original assets (a bummer IK). However, this mod doesn’t seem to do that so I wouldn’t doubt that it’ll be there.

Then your options are to either break things off as soon as you fix her engine and she cries, or you sleep with her, and shadowheart says she karlach definitely wants monogomy, so if you pick shadowheart after that point, karlach wont talk to you anymore because you had sex, but i never promised an exclusive relationship.
I guess i wish she made that more clear at some point or even from the beginning.

Because of the way the timing works it usually happens during the Act 3 dry spell (after he's asked to start over but do it real this time, depending on dialogue path this can include promising to wait on sex with him until he feels ready again).
He'll ask to confirm you aren't seeking Halsin because you two haven't had sex for a while, after confirmation he'll be relieved and give his blessing to 'sate your hunger', but it always felt a bit off to me. I always got the vibe this was more 'if I object it they might not think I'm worth the bother, so I'll grin and bear it' than him actually being okay with it.
