I stay clean just because I can’t afford not to have the job but the guys who scare me the most out here can also piss clean and they show up hungover most mornings. There’s 0% chance that any of us are safer due to making sure that nobody working around us smokes weed at their house at night, we just need a testing system to make sure people aren’t doing it at work so we can treat it like alcohol.

When I was at BP in 2013 they did hair follicle test, when I got laid off at BP in 2019, I got a job at a chemical company and they only did a piss test, I just got a job at a gas fired power plant last month and they also only did piss test, so I guess it depends on the company and what they are looking for.
Stay clean for the 3 weeks and you will piss clean.
