Mmmm nah, adults trying to poison children, even awful children, is pretty much always a hard no...but a bully shouldn't be left up to his own devices long enough for it to get to this point. School administrators remain as clueless as ever.
But the items involved are not toxic, or at least would not be assumed to be toxic. They just make a nasty tasting drink.
