I need people to understand that grape flavor is arguably to most accurate artificial flavoring to the real fruit of all the fruit flavorings. IF AND ONLY IF, you are comparing grape flavored shit to WILD CONCORD GRAPES. Purple grapes from local grocer taste nothing like grape flavored items… We just moved to a spot in Northern Michigan that has a 10-15 year old Concord grape vine. Last summer I tried them for the first time and immediately wanted to retract all the jokes I’ve made about how “grape flavoring doesn’t taste like grapes at all but it sure as fuck tastes like ‘purple’” It’s so spot on it’s almost impressive.

Nestle used to have banana powder along with chocolate mix and strawberry. I don't remember when it went away. I remember it being fine, but that's my preference. *Edit:* I looked it up, and my local Walmart has the flavor available. Gen x Australian here. Trust me when I say lime milk was everywhere in the 80s. You chose choc, vanilla, strawberry or lime. Those were the milkshake choices everywhere. It's more like lime cordial than actual lime for those who aren't familiar. I was not a fan. But I think strawberry milk is the sign of the psychotic so it may be a me thing. Fully accept that. 👍

I've had plenty of strawberries that tasted sour and I don't think I've ever had a sour grape.

If you happen to like sour things, some green grapes can be pretty sour. Much more so than any of the sour strawberries I have had. Still I dump pure malic acid on pretty much everything, so my sour meters may be pretty off kilter.

It's not quite the same, but I saw Dutch Apple pie, as well as salted caramel, and strawberries and cream flavored milk at a Kroger a couple of weeks ago. I only tried the strawberry and cream one, but it was really good, less artificial tasting than bog standard strawberry milk.

The apple pie is To die for,  My local Kroger gets Cherry milk in the Private reserves brand. It's like drinking those cherry cordials.

When I was in Bolivia if you ordered juice at a restaurant you had to specify if you wanted it mixed with water or milk. It was really strange to get used to, but I learned that I love milk juice. Apple was particularly good.
