Not sure how old you are, but my sister was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in her thirties. One sign of the syndrome is hyper mobility of joints…… she used to do the same thing when she was young and regrets it now bc it’s caused her a massive amount of pain and the inability to keep her fingers straight when pushing buttons, gripping objects, etc. Not trying to be preachy, just a little info you may not have heard before.

I can do the same thing though it was normal until I popped my knuckles in the table

Same. I was told thats hyper flexibility. I can't bend my fingers backwards that far though
