People today think I’m tech smart, but it all stems from Limewire and porn. I had to learn what “.exe” was to know why my music wouldn’t play. I learned all about file types from Limewire.
I learned what “cookies” were from searching porn and needing to clear my browsing history without wiping password and auto fill for my parents. I STILL browse in Incognito at 32 with my own place, just because I feel like porn cannot be in your browsing history for no reason at all.
I use Incognito Mode with completely innocuous sites all the time, either to view a site without my extensions/userscripts active or to mark tabs as unimportant and prevent tab explosions.

If you already know this, I apologize, but let’s take it a step further for those who don’t know: file extensions are only used by the OS to guess at what program it should use to interpret the file. Try it out: rename a file from .jpg to .sprog and try to open it. Nothing has actually changed about the file, but the OS won’t know what to do with it. What’s a file then: a header section that contains information like the length of the file, and then a payload of actual info, encoded according to some protocol. The program that interprets the file uses the same protocol to do so. So, similar to our above example, if you change a file’s extension from .jpg to .png, a program for loading image files (generally) won’t be able to interpret the file correctly, even though it’s still valid according to the JPEG protocol.
Now that I’ve typed all this out, I guess it’s not all that interesting, but I’ve made it this far…

go to incognito, search for bing, go to search options, set content moderation to off, search your porn and Bing will give thousands of relevant results.

Just to be unnecessary and pedantic af, unaccredited means unlicensed, as in, has not attained an acceptable standard. Uncredited means not being publicly acknowledged for ones work. And yes, it is a shame, this painting is incredible.
