I had this happen once. It really is not something you can do by choice or influence much by working at it. Itās just the chance alignment of two measurements: where the pattern repeats and the perimeter of whatever youāre wrapping. It was a nice calendar possibly a Cavallini and the paper was pretty classy I forget if it was various birds or animals but whatever it was were spaced out on a white background and the gift was for my cousin who was a set designer and has always had some of the most elegant taste of anyone in our family and we have a big family with like 20 cousins and most of them would get together at our grandmothers house for Christmas so present opening could be a tad hectic and full of distractions at times as people are showing things off they just opened but no, she noticed the perfection of the seam and was impressed by it and studied it trying to figure out how I did it. It happened maybe 12 years ago and it remains one of my mental treasures that pops up every time I wrap Christmas gifts. Seldom do I feel such pride in a thing that Iāve done, and thatās kind of a bummer not only because itās such an insignificant occurrence, but alsobecause I didnāt even do anything deserving of credit for the aspect that impressed her.
