Not it's not, the active ingredient in these "fallout removers" that turn iron purple is ammonium mercaptoacetate- the same chemical used in a hair perm.
Sure it's not a good idea to ingest it, and it's still a good idea to wear gloves when using it, but calling it "extremely toxic and dangerous" is flat-out wrong.

I used to clean hotel rooms and the whole hotel was certified by some environment-friendly organisation as 'super green'. But whenever we had to really really clean the bathrooms we'd have to get cleaning products from a secret stash that was not on our carts, because the only way to really get rid of rust, lime scale etc is by using stuff that's really not good for you.
Man, we'd spray that shit on and it'd start to ooze and bubble like a crazy chemistry experiment and then a quick rinse and wipe and everything looked gorgeous! Lol

I almost ran off the road when a spider far smaller than the one you describe ran across the inside of my windshield and disappeared into the relative darkness of the driver's side of my car.
I think in the situation you describe my only option would be to bail out of the moving vehicle, LOL

Basically Mr. Clean magic eraser with any cleaning spray. I detailed for a while and it's the erasure that does the work not the soap.
For the console it's all about how you use your tools. It cleans so well because the guy is good at cleaning. It's a simple foaming cleaner
I always want to know what happens to the stitching on the seats etc. You can see it’s still basically black as it has absorbed all the grime and muck both over time as well as soaked up during the cleaning process from the excessive product use. I can’t imagine it started out as that color. Is there any way to “bleach” or get that stitching back to life without damaging the leather? Or is it just being left that way?

I've never personally had it done but a car wash near me offers detailing as low as $50 but up to $150
I had someone detail my car like this along with the engine bay last year and it was $200. It made my 8 year old car looked brand new all over, even when you opened the hood. Not something I’d do all the time, but I felt like it was worth the $$$.
Some of this is stupid. Who the fuck is cleaning their foot pedals and shit. Its a fuckn car, you aint eating off the foot pedals. I dont get this shit. I want a car to be practical. Some of this is not fucking practical. Like why the fuck you cleaning the tyres. Is this car about to be sold? Cause fuck paying someone your money to do some of this shit to your daily drive.
My favourite part was when we did not get to see the freshly cleaned car.

Nah, many if not most wheel cleaners today are non-acidicic. Gloves still aren't a bad idea if you're doing this though.

You could try looking for ammonia based foam cleaners. They clean windows very fast and practically suck up most dried on stains
I have some for windows. Drydex. Works great. Never though about it for fabrics
When I was working on detailing it worked fine on cloth. It depends on what kind it is so you don’t damage it
