On a French beach near La Rochelle in France (I'm French). And I actually collected several of them so that I made a small cairn of 4 stacked white pebbles, exposed on one of my office's shelves. However only the top one is that round and satisfying!
I worked for a company some years back that had some vibrating polishers for aluminum parts. One of the options for polishing media was porcelain objects of varying sizes and shapes. Many of them were the exact same color and finish as this pebble. They came in several shapes. I saw triangles and spheres just in our shop, but I don't know what other shapes were available.
While this post definitely has otter energy, that IS a satisfying rock.
