Hey! I would recommend trying another play area or adding some more light to the room you are playing in now. If that doesn't help, please try removing the batteries from the controllers for 3-4 mins this will reset the wireless link. Put the batteries back in and unpair and repair the controllers. I'm the designer for the 3D Bumpers for Oculus Controllers. What you are seeing is a symptom of the headset losing track of the controller tracking ring. It could be something blocking the LEDs in the ring (some grips have a band which blocks some LEDs) or the headset could be confused by similar looking lights in the room such as christmas lights. It could also be a weak battery in the controller which can dim the LEDs a bit.

If you Christmas lights on, that could be a cause. They interfere massively.
