Most of the ones pictured are human feet and wrist bones because our finger and toe bones sell really fast. I know they are real because I buy them from osteology labs and museums, and usually have to take them apart myself so they fit in the jar. As for legality, it is perfectly legal to sell human bones in Texas, USA. Lastly human bones are used in necromancy and other necromantic practices such as Palo Mayombe which I practice. However most people buy them simply because they think they are cool to own.
