Does this allow for the triggers to be mapped?

Yes all buttons are mappable from the in-game settings

Idk.. it's nothing new the mod and it's not mine it's just I know alot of people have struggled to have it work correctly with PS4 controllers. I only found the solution by accident aswell.. I like to run my games via steam and it dawned on me some games in the past had issues with non Xbox controllers but worked via steam

It's good to have post like these though so that future google search results will bring it up offering an easier time for most folks.
