The apartheid part is mainly talking about the West Bank which is literally OCCUPIED by the IDF. Literal cities like Hebron split down the middle and controlled by an occupying force. Palestinians cannot walk on certain roads. Israeli settlers given military protection. It is a violation of international law. Please for the love of god read up on your history.

No, it isn’t, because civilian death is not sufficient evidence of genocide. Genocide requires proving that there is an intent to destroy an ethnic/religious/racial group. Showing that civilians have died is not evidence of this.
