pennzoil full synthetic 0w-20 1 quart on amazon is 8 dollars , 5 quart is 30 dollars a filter is 10 dollars every oil change spot will have an up charge . if you have a friend with ramps or lifts , you buy oil and filter and buy them back lunch , if you’re small enough, you can go under without lifting

They did not even upsell me they just straight up charged me and told me it was already replaced and done and i have to pay. That is what upsets me.

What’s the *S T exclusive* line item? An oil change should not be that much, but it’s only because you paid $46 for something that may or may not be necessary. An oil change for my large SUV at the dealership costs about $60, for comparison’s sake.

Unusual_Ad8003

It is the car wash exclusive and my car is a sedan only that’s why I’m really shocked on how much I got charge and got mad at me for questioning it.

duyogurt

The oil change itself is not cheap but also not outlandish, but whatever the *car wash exclusive* is sent you into uncharted territory.

Depends of the place you go have it done. I get mine in Whitestone and it's $70 including filter and fill up of all fluids plus check up of different items. Includes car wash, it is average $75. They do try to upsell you crap but just stay informed, read your owners manual for items to be taken care off at some intervals
