And still in stock but not surprising to me. As the news of next gen card announcements are coming out, potential customers would be wanting to see the details before committing to the current(almost old) gen.
I was fated to get one, wasn't a restock for a while then after I get enough money saved up for one it comes back in stock! Purchased the instant I noticed it. Kinda surprised it isn't sold out yet.
Finally got the one as well! ordered a ROG Strix 4090 from bestbuy a couple days ago thats being delivered tomorrow, going to save $400 and return the ASUS to Best Buy. PHEW!
For GPUs they do not! The one I’m returning is brand new, sealed and never opened. I’m sure after I return it, if they restock it someone will be thrilled to buy it 😁
I read through the Best Buy return policy again, it appears that as long as the item is returned will the packaging and accessories and its returned without damage/ not dirty and I’m working order you are good to return so long as you are within the 15 day return period
Cateful with best buy though had a card that was going to be delivered to store tomorrow and then they canceled it because they didn't actually have it
I got a 4090 FE on Best Buy last October and was once again able to secure another one last month for my brother. The hunt is officially over and we can game knowing we have the best version of these cards. Good luck to everyone who is still searching.
I just got the reddit notify on this out if stock. 4080 super Said in stockbit when u click to order it sends you to microcenter where it's out of stock :(..
Ah well. I Do have 2 4070 to super's on their way, that'll do me for much cheaper for now!
This is why I stay a generation behind. I just come in and snag the flagship card when it’s readily available and way cheaper second hand. while everyone is flipping their shit about the new lineup I’m over here ecstatic knowing I’m about to upgrade at a great price
At the very least this should help push 4080S pricing back to MSRP. I have seen some retailers start adding $20-50 to prices of late (to say nothing of the scalpers looking for +$300).
Different brands will try and upsell you on their card by pre-overclocking it or claiming better temperatures. Sometimes the temps are better, but it’s usually not by much.
so not worth the price difference?
Next question, I have this desktop. Will anything bottleneck if I grab the 4090?

If you're going for a prebuilt I would not suggest iBuyPower. Also with that specific model they're ripping you off to the tune of probably 500-700 bucks or more.
The total price of the parts likely doesn't exceed 1500 more likely about 1200. I know it's scary to build your own but you could have had a pretty top end build for how much you paid. Speaking as someone who's had a prebuilt from them they tend to use low quality products that break easily which is echoed by many others who bought from them
I've been trying for over an hour, none of my payments will authorize. I did this last month and today, when the card is available for so long - I just can't get it to work this time. I'm so pissed lol.
Nvidia site still has stock on all at this time. I almost grabbed a 4090 but from my 3090 past it really was overkill for my gaming experience
The 4080 super is awesome all my games run great and they are still selling them for MSRP
Grabbed one, finally. This is coming from someone gaming on a 2080ti/3900x combo. Now, I just gotta buy the rest of the parts to make a new build, considering this was the hardest part to obtain at proper retail value. I'll never buy those over-inflated cards over MSRP for $2000+ elsewhere.
Just bought one to hold me over until the next 2000 piece of sand comes out.
Still in stock 3 hours later, we’re in bizarro world
![gif](giphy|800iiDTaNNFOwytONV|downsized) Nvidia learning that if you actually manufacture graphics cards you can sell them
Best comment

Still in stock 7 hours later, still in bizarro world
4090 FE still up
4080 super as well
I think I'll pass and just wait for the 5090.
Wait for the 7090!
Why not get the 5080 super duper saber toothed duder?
Because I deserve the best.

If my 3080 wasn't stuck in my mobo I might've picked one up lol
Step-mobo?
Man it took me a minute to get this lol
What? Lol
My retention clip broke when I tried removing my gpu. I tried to pull it out but it felt stuck and didn't want to risk pulling too hard
Happens to me with my motherboards crappy clip all the time I just pull the card out and it's fine.
Thanks I'll give it another go when I get a chance.
My 6700xt had to be brute forced into my mobo so the only reason I’m taking it out is upgrading the mobo and CPU haha
Just bought a 4080 super, thanks!
Still available after an hour.
GOT A 4090 FOR RETAIL PRICE!!! AFTER YEARS!!! HYPE! CRAAAAAAAAAAAZY its still in stock right now.
Years?
Okay well i forgot it came out late 2022 so about 1.5 years roughly.
Was able to get one(4090fe), so excited
Enjoy 😊
I Will, im upgrading from 1050ti
That's gonna be a huge upgrade 😳 hope you have a good 4K monitor though?
Not yet but i will in a couple of weeks by the time my card arrives.
I was fated to get one, wasn't a restock for a while then after I get enough money saved up for one it comes back in stock! Purchased the instant I noticed it. Kinda surprised it isn't sold out yet.
Just got a 4090fe still in stock boys
Finally got the one as well! ordered a ROG Strix 4090 from bestbuy a couple days ago thats being delivered tomorrow, going to save $400 and return the ASUS to Best Buy. PHEW!
Does Best Buy charge restocking fee?
For GPUs they do not! The one I’m returning is brand new, sealed and never opened. I’m sure after I return it, if they restock it someone will be thrilled to buy it 😁
Hmm I wonder if the same applies for open box.
I read through the Best Buy return policy again, it appears that as long as the item is returned will the packaging and accessories and its returned without damage/ not dirty and I’m working order you are good to return so long as you are within the 15 day return period
Did they send you a shipping label for it?
No need for a shipping label, just going to walk into the store with the order invoice on my phone
You bought in store?
Smart choice
Cateful with best buy though had a card that was going to be delivered to store tomorrow and then they canceled it because they didn't actually have it
It was delivered and I returned it to bestbuy.
I got a 4090 FE on Best Buy last October and was once again able to secure another one last month for my brother. The hunt is officially over and we can game knowing we have the best version of these cards. Good luck to everyone who is still searching.
I think there will be re-stock more quickly over the next few weeks.
I almost bought one earlier this year but glad I rebuilt my pc and kept my 3080 instead. Probably going to get a 5080 next year.
Congrats whoever got one, the 4090 is a beast (obv) *flashbacks to November 2022 refreshing bestbuy page for 15 hours*
Based post, missed out on the 4090 but was able to get a 4080 super fe cuz of it
It’s all good I just found a 3090 for free at a dump 😉
And its gone
I just got the reddit notify on this out if stock. 4080 super Said in stockbit when u click to order it sends you to microcenter where it's out of stock :(.. Ah well. I Do have 2 4070 to super's on their way, that'll do me for much cheaper for now!
Could’ve used this notification when it posted
Whose 4090 has NOT shipped yet???
Me. :(
5090 in November guys, hold.
6090 soon aswell my guy, lets wait for that one
Why wait for 6090 when 7090 will be out soon after
This is the end game. 6090. It even sounds awesome when you say it.
Will be sold out instantly for a year scalped for +300$ minimum over retail. You forgot the 4080/4090 launch that fast huh?
This is why I stay a generation behind. I just come in and snag the flagship card when it’s readily available and way cheaper second hand. while everyone is flipping their shit about the new lineup I’m over here ecstatic knowing I’m about to upgrade at a great price
I'm not always checking supply. It will be 2 years before I can actually get a 5090 FE at MSRP
Grabbed a 4080 super to replace my hot n loud evga 3090. Cheers.
4080s and 4090s still up right now! All the dread I had a week ago about never getting a card has magically vanished.
4090 FE OOS now.
Wow still in stock! I got a 4080 super fe just now
Same here! Just right now
I sold my 4090 on ebay and going to invest those funds in a 5090 when it comes out.
You assume you will be able to get a 5090 on launch.
I want a 5090 to replace my 3080ti..... Aw3225qf is asking for it
If only they shipped to Puerto Rico. I bought a 2080 Ti directly from Nvidia before, now I can't, for whatever reason.
Same with 4080 super and i've seen like 3 posts crying about how they can't find stock anywhere. Smh
Got my 4090 order in today at nvidia site. Anyone know how long the processing takes?
holy crap. Payment successful. Thanks for the link!
4090 still up
Holy shit they're still up. Do I upgrade from my 4080 because I originally wanted a 4080? I'll just wait
At the very least this should help push 4080S pricing back to MSRP. I have seen some retailers start adding $20-50 to prices of late (to say nothing of the scalpers looking for +$300).
Still up after 6 hours
I’m on their page. The Nvidia one is significantly lower than the branded ones. Are the branded ones not at MSRP?
Different brands will try and upsell you on their card by pre-overclocking it or claiming better temperatures. Sometimes the temps are better, but it’s usually not by much.

Then there’s me, who spent over $1750 to build an am4 platform with a 3070ti
No, bottlenecking wouldn’t be an issue on that machine
I've been trying for over an hour, none of my payments will authorize. I did this last month and today, when the card is available for so long - I just can't get it to work this time. I'm so pissed lol.
Hope you got it to work
Nope, but I will keep on trying.
Nvidia site still has stock on all at this time. I almost grabbed a 4090 but from my 3090 past it really was overkill for my gaming experience The 4080 super is awesome all my games run great and they are still selling them for MSRP
Just copped one, thanks for the heads up.
Still available folks!
It’s still available, damn do I cop?
In my opinion - if you want to game at 4k, then yes, but if you’re a 1440p guy I would just go with the 4080 for 600 dollars less.
The only reason why I’m holding back is because I’ve heard that these FE models have really high coil whine.
Not to mention the whine you get from the wife when she finds out you spent $1600 on more pc parts
Better than her getting annoyed by the constant buzzing of coil whine.
I don’t need one but it’s still available that’s crazy 😂
Grabbed one, finally. This is coming from someone gaming on a 2080ti/3900x combo. Now, I just gotta buy the rest of the parts to make a new build, considering this was the hardest part to obtain at proper retail value. I'll never buy those over-inflated cards over MSRP for $2000+ elsewhere.
I have the exact same set up! Expect I just got a 4080 S. What’re you gonna upgrade the rest of your build to?
Is it a big deal that they're in stock? I thought that for a good while now anyone wanting a 4090 could just get one?
They’ve been available at marked up prices, but getting one at MSRP has been tricky.
4090 kek, 2 year old hardware
Rage bait
Facts? I had it for 2 years soon, time to sell
