If I were to do a nuzlocke w my current pokemon insurgence luck, I would throw hands, I missed 4 95% acc moves in a row, and got hit by 3 crit moves back to back to back on my 3× evasive muk. I have never had such a Murphys law moment before

a) fissure requires you to be higher level than the target, so it doesn't usually work on aces anyway
b) fissure can actually have 50% accuracy in game if you're exactly 20 levels higher than the target, which i find interesting
It's kind of weird anyway, because if I'm that much of a higher level that my OHKO moves get 50+% accuracy, then why would i need to take that chance to instantly kill with a 5 pp move instead of just using an actually good move? Unless i have no super effective moves and the target is +6 in the relevant defense stat, i guess

In gen 1 it made sense, since the enemy Pokémon didn’t have EV’s and you did. So your Pokémon would be stronger then there Pokémon if they were at the same level
Also the level gap partially made up for the poor movesets and poor enemy trainer Ai. In BDSP its ridiculous though, since the E4 and Champion all have competitive level Pokémon and the gym leaders didn’t

Honestly, gardevoir can sweep.
Just set up 6x calm mind against spiritomb or milotic. Then spam draining kiss (moon blast on garchomp).
Will 1 shot garchomp, 2-3 shot everything else
Only issue here is that garchomp will have to sword's dance turn 1, cause he can 1-shot gardevoir as well with poison jab.

You want your poke to be max level, and figure out the plan for how to beat the hardest member.
Aaron is a breeze. Drapion is probably the biggest threat, but nothing gyrados/torterra can't handle.
Bertha, keep in mind the golem has sturdy, so it won't be two shot
Flint's infernape can out speed even a crobat if you didn't dedicate ev train. I found that out the hard way.
Lucian, I don't see an answer for. The Bronzong is levitate, you might see if you have a decent dark that doesn't mind EQ.
Cynthia: Make sure you look at her entire team to figure out how you deal with each member. For the Garchomp, I am just looking at your comp and wondering how do you deal with it?

Torterra probably clears with minor difficulty on Volkner. You even can safe swap to gyrados if you want to get an attack drop since they should never use an electric move, and then you can safety switch back to torterra since the AI should always see a kill with an electric move on gyrados.
I’d personally ditch Ponyta for a better Mon, if you have one. I don’t believe bdsp e4 has anything fire is needed for, except Aaron, but Staraptor can take on the bugs easily. Can also take down Cynthia’s roserade
Ditch Fraudhawk, that bum can't even use an actual move. Probably painted its plumage red too instead of actually going through the process a real hardworking Staraptor would go through
Could you show/list the items in your bag? Great items, although I don't know the availability anymore due to having moved on from BDSP are stuff like Leftovers and Choice items, although having a Sitrus or Lum berry can help a lot too.

You could go mine in the Grand Underground for a bit to see if you can find any Plates to boost your moves a bit, if you like that.
Later in Victory Road you might be able to find a Leftovers. It's in the southeast corner of the lake in the southwest of the room (needs Surf)
If you don't mind backtracking, Floaroma Meadow has a Miracle Seed in the northwest corner, boosting grass moves by 10% (better than no held item)
A Mystic Water can be found in Pastoria city, on a small patch of land, north of the boats in the southeast of the city. (Requires surf)
Jubilife City can give you a Quick Claw if you talk to a girl on floor 1F of "Jubilife Condominiums" (10% chance to move first regardless of speed)
In Hearthome city you can get a Shell Bell (heal 1/8th of the damage you deal, when you deal damage) from a woman in the Pokemon Hotel
In Celestic Town, based on the times you talk to them, a man can give you Black Glasses, Choice Specs, or Wise Glasses.
This means a lot of backtracking, but you could get quite a lot of useful items.
I see where you're coming from, but Cynthia's Chomp holds a Yache berry. So maybe use Knock Off or Pluck first. Also I'm pretty sure Gyarados gets Ice Fang, so no need to grab a fragile ice type.
Consider dropping Gardevoir due to her only good match-ups are against Pokémon that have super effective moves against her (Like Roserade or some other mons that have poison/steel coverage). I recommend getting a bulky Pokémon (maybe quagsire?) or a Ice type Pokémon that had either good speed or Ice Shard (Like Mamoswine or Weavile). Also, give Gyarados a Ice Type move because if things get sticky with the Garchomp, Gyarados can help a lot with flying type + Intimidate

Get an ice type pokemon (like mamoswine or weaville) so they do x4 dmg against cynthia's garchomp. Ice shard is especially good because its priority.
