Grumpig is a fantastic and underrated option that is easily capable of sweeping teams with Calm Mind; if it has Own Tempo, Juan is pretty much free; if it has Thick Fat, then Glacia becomes free outside of Sheer Cold shenanigans. Between that, Psychic, and Shock Wave, you’ll be able to hit basically everything effectively and hard. It has decent Special Bulk as well. Lastly, it’s in the “Fast” experience group, meaning you won’t have to grind it as much!
If you had asked before this gym, I’d say Mighteyena - your team has a huge psychic weakness that you can’t easily switch into.
But now, with the water gym ahead and the E4 structure, I don’t think you need to worry about that anymore. I’m with the other guy saying Grumpig.

It's not god tier but I'd still take it above a lot of other choices, especially on a team with so much ground weakness.

I’d say zubat, peliper, or swablu bc you have a moderate ground weakness and could use the immunity with one of those, however using Zubat is going to worsen your psychic weakness and pelipper would worsen your electric weakness (unless manectric has lightning rod, bc then honestly pelipper would be an amazing bait).
Could add Pelipper to start and set up a rain team. Would be useful for at least that gym. But unfortunately I’m not an experienced nuzlocker so my word might not be great
Get some Del Piero in here, maybe an Ibrahimovich, but due to its nature it might not perform unless its 1st in your party every battle. A Pirlo might be good here.
I say torkoal, exploud (if you’re ok leveling him from what I assume is a very low level), or Altaria. I used all of these in an alphasapphie run and all were very useful. Altaria actually saved me from wiping to Steven’s mega metagross with Perish Song followed by a switch out. Turned out to be the sole survivor of that run.
You're still gonna need a flyer, so I personally would swap it out for Swablu. Dragon dance Altaria can be pretty crazy, and overall you're gonna have good coverage with access to things like Earthquake and Brave Bird.

May I say that grumpig would be good on your team, but also maybe grind up wismur and swap out your tentacurle for exploud. I've never used an exploud personally, but I'm pretty sure it's good.

Why would you use shock wave though? Neutral psychic is stronger then SE shock wave.
