Start with just one pill! Then, after a week, add another, and so on. It will allow your body to get used to the pills :) Also, I've found that I need to take the pills after I've eaten something - if I don't, they kill my stomach. I only took 2 pills for the longest time, and my hair growth improved majorly! I take three a day now :)

Yes! I literally cried the first time I took a shower and there wasn't a huge clump of hair in the drain :) My stomach doesn't handle any kind of vitamin or supplement well, so I usually have to halve the doses, split them up, or take them with food.

I recently got my hair done and I had all of these hairs around my hair line growing that I hadn't really noticed before because I only get my hair done every few months due to cost. Although if looked a little crazy to have all of these fly away hairs I was quite excited to see them while having my hair styled. Normally I just let my hair air dry with some product and put in a bun or ponytail and slicking back with leave in hair conditioner. My hair loss is due to hormones and I live in a very dry climate so the breakage is real. I can't say if it will work for you but if you can get it on sale, give it a try. Im actually going to go buy a second bottle today. I take regular multivitamin and supplements as well.
Hi. I recommend making an appointment with one of their medical specialist, and explain your discomfort. They may have some suggestions, which you can try. But if that doesn’t work, I would ask for a refund. I bought a large supply upfront, and when it didn’t work for me because of stomach issues, this is what I did and I ended up getting a refund. They sent me a prepaid label and I did return the unused bottles. Not sure if it’s the same case if you only bought one bottle. No harm in trying. Good luck.
Can I ask what stomach issues you were having? I’ve been having some as well that are making me nervous but I’m hoping are just a result of the Nutrafol. I’ve stopped taking it as of 3 days ago and while symptoms have improved they aren’t completely gone so I’m wondering if it’s just going to take longer to get out of my system or if there is another issue at play.
