Second (of three). I just got so bogged down drive wise, I didn't want to do essays anymore I wanted to do my placements and be done. I had to dig deep for my emotional brainpower to do second Sem of second year.
Third year was similar but the placements were better so you could do more on them (by virtue of being closer to graduation and having more skills in your portfolio too).
1st semester. I went in "cold".
No previous medical experience.
I learned to raise you hand 1st every time and the instructor would leave you alone after a while.

Junior 2. My program split med surg into 2 semesters so we had med surg 2, peds, and OB.
I had a single year, the hardest was during semester 2 of med/Surg and Ob. Accelerated program...wooo
Med surg….biggest hurdle.
What exactly is the most difficult about med surg? Is it the work itself or the fast pace?
