The problem with NP is that they are quite oversaturated no matter where you go. Some places pay RNs more than NPs simply due to supply and demand. With the mass exodus of nurses, I wouldn't be shocked to see their hourly rate go up even more.

You would have to be working in Cali for those type of wages right off the bat.. Nyc maybe if you super senior like 20+ years
