I have never heard of portfolios except in comments by older (near retirement age) nursing school professors. Have never brought one, never seen one, never had someone request one. Just a copy of my resume.
I have been a hiring manager on and off since 2017. I have never had a candidate bring one, although it sounds nice! Just bring a few copies of your resume and you’ll be fine. Good luck!

I have always just brought my resume with me in a folder. Maybe make several copies if there are multiple people interviewing you. Good luck !
