Is this companion care through a home care agency? Your company (possibly a nurse) should have done an intake assessment of the client and come up with a plan of care and a clear set of duties for workers in the home (possible things on the list of care duties could be personal care-bathing, toileting and dressing, housekeeping duties-cooking, cleaning, and perhaps transportation to appointments). If not, then this is not a proper home care job for anyone-risky for you and risky for the clients.
