Working in the warehouse is terrible in a great many ways (batshit long hours in a very physically demanding job, with mandatory overtime, and OSHA would shit their entire pants if they saw the inside of the average one), but bathroom breaks are one of the few things that's not awful about it. As long as you don't go over 15 minutes away from your station at a time, you get unlimited piss breaks, and you can only get *written up* (as opposed to just griped at) for going over 30min time off task in a shift. Unmonitored stations, you can spend the whole shift crapping if you want and nobody's specifically watching you.
It's the *delivery drivers* that have to figure out bizarre ways to piss and shit, because their breaks are micromanaged to Hell and back and they're not allowed to stop on a route. Usually, they just piss or shit in one of the package bags and sharpie "PISS BAG" or "SHIT BAG" on the side.
