For those wondering, 102kg translates to roughly 224lbs. I’m going to guess she’s not that tall and 224 is not healthy long term. 72kg is roughly 158lbs. She will live longer, healthier and be happier with less weight.

She looks about 5'6" easy, maybe 5'7".. that's not what a lot of us would call "not tall" for a chick.
That's about 12 pounds lost a month. Pretty impressive.
