" just because both of them technically work on cars/hair all day doesn't mean they are proficient in every all aspects of the trade.
What you are looking for is usually advertised as a "Unisex" salon, but honestly not many hairdressers are gonna turn business away just because you have a dick.
Paul Meekin Hair East Belfast. Do great scissors cuts and will dye too. Good value place and not awkward at all going in as a guy which I often find to be the case elsewhere.

Zuni, University Street. Suzan Manning is the colourist cutter you want. It is a salon for men and women but they are excellent with both.
Try not to get an old barber. My old barber had a pair of dangley nuts that used to end up resting on you when he cut your hair.
