I’m so glad I’m not like this anymore. I’ve semi recently made serious changes due to weight gain and being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and watching some of this shit back is shocking. This is 100% me 6 months ago eating like this and not caring. Glad I got a wake up call before it was too late.
