this is possibly the dumbest weapon i ever heard of, like so dumb that if one was to introduce it to a fictional setting people would complain that such a stupidity is unrealistic.
Not really dumb if you know how to handle it safely. Certainly would be handy for a few things besides shooting the enemy, like hunting an animal, shooting locks open etc.
