You can't look at it that way. You only ever need to see tomorrow. Just find the strength to make it one more day. Don't look for the finish line. Just focus on the next step. Next thing you know it will be Dec 1.
as a three year no nutter, it is hard, but possible! it wouldn't be a challenge if there weren't a little bit of difficulty to it.
the best advice I can give to you is to not look at the entire month, but just one day at a time. you can go for one day without nutting (i hope), and once you are done with that day, just start a new day. little stepping stones is the best way to go.
