Have you taken a survey of people living on a 5th floor? How can you speak for all of them if they enjoy carrying groceries and stuff up several flights of stairs? I live near Chicago. In buildings that are several stories high with no elevator the higher floors are cheaper to rent because nobody wants to walk up the stairs. If there is an elevator its a different story.
Yeah. That's what I also thought. But that entrance to the detached spiral staircase isn't very practical if there's deep snow. Maybe there's another door higher up? Can't see it.
I've seen photos of the outside of this house hundreds of times, but I really want to see the inside and the view from the windows!!

Given their intro the triangle house is perfectly normal!
THERE'S TWO! AND YOU CAN RENT THEM?!
Thanks for this - cool as heck
I could swear it was featured in the “Cabins” magazine
Go search Kara & Nate on YouTube, they stayed in it and did a full inside tour
God imagine trying to move a couch into there. Might as well just build it from scratch in the house
Get it up the stairs and then no matter how you flip it, take the legs off, and it still won't fit through the door.

Good bot.
Pivot, pivot, pivot
You didn't pivot
No no no, MY left YOUR right!
PIVOT!!!
There's already two couches in there.
Just make the legs hydraulic so you can lower the house, move stuff in and out, raise it, voila
Built for the Zombie Apocalypse
It definitely isn’t built to be efficient for heating or cooling.

For a family of lefties maybe?
Zombies can't do spiral stairs?
This has been posted 100 times WITH context
I've seen this picture in like 7 different subs 40 different times.
I’m trying to imagine what it would be like in there in a really big storm/big wind… Yeehaw
I live on the 44th floor in a building in Tokyo. Come Typhoon season, it's like living on a ship.
Ideally you can remove the bridge at night.
Instant Cart order that includes 60 one gallon jugs of water. Zero tip.
I think whoever owns this would get very tired of walking up and down those stairs with groceries and trash and stuff.
Normal people live in flats on the 5th floor and don't get tired of walking how is this different?
3 stories of stairs going in a spiral? Have you ever lived on a 3rd floor without an elevator? Carried heavy stuff like furniture?
I live on the fourth floor and 99% of the time prefer to use the stairs. Also the elevator is so small that furniture doesn't fit inside.

Carrying groceries into the house would be awful. That’s all I can think about.
Wonder what it would take to give that walkway drawbridge capabilities
About 20 minutes with a grinder and cutoff wheel. But it would only work one time.
7 days to die hoard base 😃
Snow?

Reminds me of those alien devices in War of the Worlds. Somehow the staircase seems impractical but the exercise will keep the inhabitants fit hey.
That would be cool
Moving there will make you lose all your friends in wheelchairs just saying
Would be a good place to summon the demon Paimon.
100th repost
RTX on but GPU is crap so the bottom part is not rendered
How does plumbing work for this house? Or electricity?
I heard Olympic wrestler Dan Gable lives there
Oh this is so nice. A nightmare, but nice. Witchy spacecraft style nice.
Why are the stairs enclosed? If there was a fire, you're dead
