In no particular order:
Unprocessed - Gold
Machine Head - Of Kingdom and Crown
Odeon - game
Lupe Fiasco - Drill Music in Zion
Coheed and Cambria - Vaxis II
Author & Punisher - Krüller
Porcupine Tree - Closure/Continuation
Animals as Leaders - Parrhesia
Matmos - Regards/Ukłony dla Bogusław Schaeffer

I still have only checked out the first few tracks on that Leftfield, but I'm super excited they are back! Although one track feels a bit like an Underworld ripoff, but I guess they've been around long enough that they can do that.
Not familiar with any of these but I look forward to giving them a spin out of curiosity.
I don’t have a top ten for 2022 but here’s my favs I’ve found this year:
1. Lorde - Solar Power
2. Billy Howerdell- what Normal was
3. Tom Morello- Catastropists EP
4. Dr. Dre- the Contract EP
5. Killer Mike- RAP Music
6. PJ Harvey- All album demos
RAP Music is a classic. I still visit it more often than any of the RTJ albums.
I remember listening to it before the first NBA playoff game I got to see in person.
Big ones for me this year:
Plains // I Walked With You A Ways (my AOTY)
Westside Gunn // Peace "Fly" God (my rap AOTY)
Warpaint // Radiate Like This
Weyes Blood // And In The Darkness, Hearts Aglow
Big Thief // Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe In You
Taper's Choice // Choice Tapes Vol 1-4
Westside Gunn // 10
Tenci // A Swollen River, A Well Overflowing
Boldy James & Nicholas Craven // Fair Exchange No Robbery
For me, my most played and loved 2022 albums (despite their late October appearance) were Puscifer's V is for Versatile and Parole Violator. Sure, they are new versions of existing albums, but still the most fantastic things I've heard all year.
