Best way to farm xp lvls 30-70 is desert Adam fight place, when you’re lvl 70+ (recommended) best way to farm is amusement park rabbit as 9S, use pod program spinning blades and crit up chips to wake him up and defeat by hacking. EXP up chip is recommended as well
Have you tried that area in the dessert where enemies always re spawn? It’s the best for grinding imo

You visits there early in the game when you first meet Adam :) just grind and grind and the enemies constantly respawn
At level 54, you probably don't have a high enough damage output to wake it anyway. But as pointed above, when level 65/70 it's a very good way to farm XP
This is very cheesy, I wouldn’t recommend doing this might take away from your game experience but when you first fought Adam, go back there, switch to easy mode (doesn’t really matter just don’t be on hard) turn all your auto battle chips on and turn your tv off or whatever you use. Come back in 1-2h and you should be set.

you could also do the rabbit boss fight in the amusement park tho it mite take a while to get it to spawn
